Father’s Day 2018 Menu

Starters

Bean Chili – Crispy bacon, pesto, smoked cheddar, herbed sour cream.

Grilled Shrimp Salad Tartine** – Shaved asparagus, roasted red pepper aioli, parmesan, lemon zest.

Crispy Cauliflower Salad – Capers, roasted cherry tomatoes, smoked panchetta, basil, and mustard vinaigrette.

Tomato Fritters – Mozzarella, basil cream, agro dulce.

A.M. Egg Roll** – Scrambled eggs, bacon, pico de gallo, and chipotle sour cream.

Brunch Entrees

Personal Fritatta – Panchetta, asparagus, roasted tomatoes, sharp cheddar.

Omelette – Beef tips, fire roasted peppers, red onion, provolone.

Huevos Rancheros – Fried eggs, tomato-chili sauce, tortillas, avocado, cojita cheese.

Soft Shell Crab B.L.T – Grilled sourdough, bibb lettuce, tomatoes, brown sugar panchetta, chevrill aioli.

Accomac Burger – Grilled onion, tomato, iceberg lettuce, sharp cheddar, house pickles, brioche roll, and dijonaise.

Banana Foster Pancakes – Buttermilk pancakes, house foster sauce, bananas, and vanilla ice cream.

Dinner Entrees

Grilled NY Strip – Loaded duchess potatoes, grilled sweet corn, broccolini, and herb butter.

Herb Baked Cod – Porri al pomodorro, confit fingerling potatoes, shaved asparagus, and buttered caper sauce.

Orange Roasted Pork Belly – Curried cauliflower rice, english peas, sweet corn, and onion chutney.

Roasted Cauliflower – Crispy tomatoes, buttered leeks, pickled corn, and basil cream sauce.
