The Lancaster Symphony Orchestra began a new series called “Symphony In A Snap” at the Fulton Theatre in Lancaster. Yesterday, February 23rd, marked the first event in this exciting program. The first event was a huge success! Accomac Events & Catering Executive Chef Ed Dodds presented this fun hors d’eouvre menu:

* Action Station: Pickled Fennel with Orange and Dried Fig topped with a Hot Seafood Mousse
* Basil Panna Cotta with Polenta Cracker
* Lavosh Crisp topped with Grapefruit Guacamole and Watermelon Radish
* Chilled Golden Beet Soup Shooter with Arugula Gelee

Thank you to the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra for posting this photo of the soup shooter last night to their twitter feed. Follow them @LancSymphony.
