The Accomac menus are French-American gourmet, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and light sauces. Recipes are a mix of traditional and contemporary styles.
We prepare several items tableside, including Steak Diane and Bananas Foster, two of our signature dishes.
Our reputation for fine food and service is worldwide. We have had recipes published in many of the leading food magazines, including "Gourmet", "Bon Appetit", and "Fine Dining". In addition, we have had recipes published in several cookbooks and were selected by James Beardto be included in Benson and Hedges' 100 RECIPES OF THE GREATEST RESTAURANTS. |
