Easter Brunch Menu:

Spring salad – brogue hydroponics lettuces, ember roasted carrots, asparagus, French radish, quinoa, tarragon vinaigrette  8

Asparagus soup – shaved prosciutto, preserved lemon, spring onion, crème fraiche  8
