In our recent post, “Behind the Bar With Zach,” Zach talked about our plans to introduce an oak barrel for infusing alcohols and here it is!
We are excited to get started aging and flavoring some specialty liquors! Our first goal is to make a smoked ham vodka for the Accomac Pop Up at Central Market York. Also, look out for limoncello and some style of after dinner cordial. Feel free to ask us about the barrel and what we’re currently infusing when you come in. It will be displayed in the pub.
