Quick breads are great. They take little to no time to make and you can pop it in the oven while cleaning up from dinner for a great breakfast treat the next day. Here are some ideas for adding fruit and veggies into your homemade bread this summer!

An old favorite- Zucchini Bread. Try it as a breakfast bread served with pineapple cream cheese or yogurt butter.

Strawberry Bread is fun as breakfast or dessert. Creme fraiche or plain cream cheese is delicious. Just substitute 1 pint of strawberries or your favorite fresh picked berries for banana in a standard banana bread recipe.

Rosemary Cornbread.  Mix in 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped rosemary to your cornbread mix or recipe and use some sprigs to garnish on top. Pair it with cheese, olives, and white wine.

Elvis Bread – Most of us know the stories of Elvis loving peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Mix in 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter to your banana bread mix. Glam it up with chocolate chip morsels if you like!
