Let’s start with the dessert – If you’re not into the baking routine, or you’ve just plain run out of time, here’s a quick and easy dessert that everyone will love. Pick up a few packages of Pizzelle cookies. Melt a few bars of good baking chocolate in a double boiler stirring constantly. When melted, stir in a shot of Chambord Liquor until well incorporated. Break up the Pizzelle Cookies and put in a nice crystal bowl. Serve the Hot chocolate sauce as a dipper. It works best if you have a fondue pot!

Winter Brandy Cocktail
1.5 oz armagnac or domestic brandy
.75 Carpano Antica Vermouth
.25 oz Gran Clasico bitters
3 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Stir well with a large piece of orange zest. Strain into a small, chilled cocktail glass.
